• Clients voluntarily use our services and accept any potential risks associated with nail and spa treatments.
• Lisa Nail & Spa shall not be held liable for any issues related to:
• Allergic reactions or chemical sensitivities
• Skin/nail infections or medical conditions
• Pre-existing health conditions

👉 Clients are responsible for:
• Providing complete and accurate information about their health conditions before service

👉 Failure to disclose:
• Lisa Nail & Spa reserves the right to refuse any responsibility, warranty, or claims

🎀 Health & Safety Conditions
• We do not provide services for clients who have:
• Infections, fungus, or open wounds
• Any condition that may compromise safety
• Clients with medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, sensitive skin):
👉 Must inform staff prior to service for proper consultation

🎀 Right to Refuse or Stop Service

Lisa Nail & Spa reserves the right to:
• Refuse or discontinue service at any time if safety concerns arise
• Refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior

All concerns will be handled promptly in a respectful and cooperative manner.

🎀 No Refund Policy
• All services are non-refundable under any circumstances once completed
• This is due to the nature of services involving time, labor, and consumable materials

👉 However, we provide after-service support through our warranty and adjustment policies below

🎀 Warranty Policy (7 Days – Comprehensive)

Lisa Nail & Spa offers a 7-day warranty for all services, including:
• Technical issues caused by the salon
• Normal wear and tear from daily activities
• Support even for unintended client-related damages

👉 During the warranty period, we will:
• Assess the condition
• Provide repairs, touch-ups, or reasonable adjustments

🎀 Warranty Notes

This policy is designed as customer care support and does not apply to:
• Severe damage caused intentionally
• Repeated requests for completely different designs

👉 Special cases may be supported with reasonable charges if necessary

🎀 Adjustment & Design Change Policy (24 Hours)
• Clients may request adjustments or design changes within 24 hours
• After 24 hours: any changes will be treated as a new service (charges may apply)

🎀 Payment Policy
• Full payment is required upon completion of services
• If there are any concerns, please inform our staff immediately for assistance

👉 All matters are handled with respect and professionalism
👉 We do not apply any form of physical restriction or discomfort to clients

🎀 Cash Payment Policy
• The salon reserves the right to refuse transactions and take appropriate action if counterfeit money is detected

🎀 Appointment & Timing
• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling depending on availability

🎀 Personal Belongings & Liability Waiver
Clients are responsible for managing and safeguarding their personal belongings during their visit.
Lisa Nail & Spa shall not be held liable for:
• Loss
• Misplacement
• Damage to personal belongings
unless officially received or stored by the salon.

👉 Including but not limited to:
• Cash
• Jewelry
• Phones
• Earphones
• Handbags & Shoes and other valuable items
In case of incidents, the salon may assist in reviewing security cameras and provide reasonable support when possible.
